I’m giving this 5 stars because finding a lab was way easier than I expected. There were a bunch of locations close to my house, plus one near my job, so I didn’t have to go out of my way at all.

I just picked a time that worked for me and went in. Super easy. It was nice having a few choices instead of being stuck driving across town to one random place.

The test prices were definitely good, and I did end up saving money. The process was easy enough overall, but there was a bit of hassle that I feel should’ve been acknowledged. I’m still expecting a simple apology, but aside from that, the value was solid

"Glad I Trusted My Gut"
I had a small issue with my order and just felt like reaching out right away was the right move. Support got back to me much faster than I expected, explained everything in a really simple way, and fixed it without making me go back and forth. Happy with how easy it was.

"Professional staff and totally worth it"
I had a really good experience here. I was a bit nervous going in, but the lab staff were friendly, calm, and clearly knew what they were doing. The person helping me explained everything without rushing me, which I really appreciated. The blood draw was quick and barely hurt. The place also felt clean and well organized. For the level of care and professionalism, I’d say it was absolutely a good choice.

I booked it through ultalabtests.com and the whole blood draw thing was easier than I expected. I got in and out fast, and the tech was nice about it, which helped. It barely hurt, just that quick little pinch or whatever. Results showed up sooner than I figured they would too. No real problems on my end with that.

I tried ultalabtests.com because I didn’t want to wait around for a doctor’s appointment, and I also didn’t want to pay more than I had to. I ordered the test online, compared what I needed, chose a lab close by, and just walked in the next morning.
The whole thing was really straightforward. No annoying paperwork, no appointment needed, and I was out faster than I expected. For the price and convenience, it felt like a good deal.

I’ve used Ulta Lab Tests a couple times now, and overall it’s been a decent experience. The results came back really fast, and for the most part they lined up with what my doctor showed me later, so the accuracy seems okay. There was one test where a number looked a little off to me, and I ended up having to recheck it. Not a bad service overall, I just really wish it felt a bit more consistent every time

I used Ulta Lab Tests for some basic blood work, and the whole process was smoother than I expected. The turnaround time was probably the best part for me.
I went in for the blood draw sometime in the morning, and I’m sure my results were posted by the next day. I had guessed it would take a couple days or so, so getting them that quickly was a nice surprise.
Nothing overly complicated about it, it just worked the way I needed it to. I got my results fast enough and would use them again if I need more tests done.

"Refund was fair, but the wait was frustrating"
I ended up having to cancel my order because I booked the wrong test by mistake. The refund did come through in the end, and it wasn’t too much of a hassle, but waiting a few days for it was annoying. Support helped me out, though they weren’t exactly quick to respond. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars because everything got sorted, but the waiting definitely tested my patience
